To make the grilled omelet sandwich
Take a bowl and break eggs into it. Add salt and pepper to it. Beat the content of the bowl until the eggs turn a little fluffy. Take a frying pan and pour a ladle full of the egg mixture into the pan. Tilt the pan to spread the egg throughout the pan. When the egg cooks at the bottom, place a slice of bread on top of the omelet. Fold the sides of the omelet to cover the bread slice on all sides. Cook for two more minutes and remove the bread on a plate. Place a slice of cheese on the bread. Remember to place it on the side that has the folds. Now, take the remaining two slices. Use a spoon to spread a spoonful of green chutney on both the bread slices. Use these slices of bread to sandwich the bread in the omelet. Grill the three slices together. Cut into triangles and serve hot with ketchup or mint chutney. Use a sandwich maker for an even grill. You may add a layer of vegetables like tomatoes, cucumber, onions and carrots in the sandwich. This would make the sandwich tastier, healthier and even more wholesome.
